A story of siblings. The passage of time bounces off the empty walls of the family home. Julia and Manu live together with the silence and the isolation, turning their backs on reality. Innocence accompanies the youngest one in an attempt to keep his sister afloat. 

Resilience is the energy of deformation that can be recovered from a deformed body when the strain causing the deformation ceases. In Psychology, it refers to the ability of human beings to overcome the emotional pain after a traumatic event. This work is a study of the deformations of colours and shapes that the surface of the waters of the Lérez River undergoes. Deprived of references to the context in which it was taken, the image of the river is abstracted to give way to the hypnotic cadence of the movement of the water. A purely visual walk along the Lérez River. A process of personal resilience.

A live narration that unfolds like any story told orally. The quilt on your grandmother's bed, your mother's meatballs, chats on the terrace of your student flat or the person who you shared your bed with sometimes.

Sara is an introverted girl who has a close relationship with her grandmother, but not with the rest of the family. One day, her brother calls her asking her to come home. When she returns, she finds herself in a situation that is full of pain. The contact with her memories and having to face this situation leads her to a very personal struggle to overcome it.

Time is what we experience in the initial oblivion of being. When we live temporality as something lineal and alien, there is already an irreconcilable, cyclic and infinite dualism. To live time as chronology and extension on the horizontal axis, as a succession of horizons and theologies, is an endless line in which existence becomes incessant waiting; a wait of what is unknown in which we lose ourselves like shipwrecks adrift, unaware of the only immediate and real thing in us, our own being.

From childhood, they teach us to write properly so that we don't go past the margin. We grow up and life gets complicated. Studies, family, work are shaping our itinerary. Simply one day, you realise that you are in the margin, a place where it was forbidden to go.

Marta comes out of the water. She comes before the sacrifice. The square is going to come. And the broken sound that screams.

Halfway between sound art and experimental cinema, Episodio_Piloto explores the vibrating oddity that lies under the surface of the mundane. Conceived as a sort of macro collage made of short-spanned, yet intense stimuli, which are constructed under the symbiosis of both music and images, this piece opens up a synaesthesic discourse regarding daily life and how mysterious and baffling it can be.

The Ambitious Eye is an experimental project that was originally intended to be an infatuated glance at the aesthetic potential of common and everyday life, but it ended up becoming a visual and auditory reflexion on the landscape, urbanization, tranquility and other aspects of life that we try to see in another way and reinterpret, distorting what we see to show other things or perhaps the same things, but they seem to be changed in an uncomfortable and even suffocating way, with the ambitious goal that someone else blows a gasket.

A reflexion on the emotional misery to which we are doomed in a society at the limit of itself. The traumas, fears and wounds of the past make their way to a world in which few can understand that the affect is the most essential.

There are moments that only happen once. This is the story of someone who is leaving, someone who is leaving behind all her memories, all that made her who she is today. It is a moment framed in time where there is no going back, where emotions are swallowed for the last time.
