Inspired on the triptych 'the Garden of Delight' by Hieronymus Bosch. This hand-manipulated collage film, made entirely out of 35 and 8mm found-footage, explores the marriage between beauty and evil, heaven and hell and our irresolvable endless conflict that goes with human nature.

20160815 delivers all HD and crystal-clear fetishes, a decided rejection, even counters them with a captivating and likewise dynamic, irrepressible caricature. Will future androids one day protest against the dictate of liquid crystal viewing? If so, the result may look like this.

Someone is missing. Plants grow, but at what cost? Technology threatens and seduces as humans attempt to solve a mystery through telepathy and mirrors. Stainless steel and broken glass strewn about an intergalactic discotheque. Commissioned by the Chicago Film Archives, with footage and sound from the archive chopped, manipulated and arpeggiated into a fertile mix of anthem and narrative.  
 

The series MOMENTUM deals on one hand with spaces refracted by textures and on the other with a projection of them, their temporality and afterimages which can be seen within a frame of 30fps by switching between two states of spatial folding.

This entirely abstract video consists of two commensurate, superimposed visual layers on a black surface. The background appears like a snowstorm at night. The layer on top of this suddenly builds itself up out of a straight white horizontal line. This line expands into a three dimensional grid.
 

From a "simple" camera pan through a journey into a ghostly realm, to a veritable trip: Phantom Ride Phantom carries out these three steps with cinematographic verve and great technical finesse. At the same time, the starting point for this phantom of a cinematic ghost ride is a single freeze frame.

Through the visual manipulations of filmstrips, this film explores presence and absence, light and shadow. Brief bursts of light and patterns of intertwining lines create distinct rhythms, which evoke a blinking eye.
